Our 17th century stone built Country Inn offers a welcoming bar area with a wood burning stove to warm you up on cold winter nights and chilly Sunday afternoons. Our cosy dining room, bar area with open fire and a beautiful garden for sunny afternoons and warm summer evenings. Our food is homemade and sourced locally as much as possible.
We are well known for our homemade food as well as our generous portions especially our signature Steak and Ale pie. We also have a good selection of starters and desserts. Early bird menu from Wednesday to Saturday and Thai cuisine on Tuesdays & Saturdays cooked and prepared by the owner Ying also Friday curry night. We are open for food every evening from 6:00pm last orders at 8:30pm Sunday lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:30pm
Our bar serves a selection of local real ales, including Wye Valley's Butty Bach, as well as smooth bitter, draught stout, dry cider, lager and a good selection of wines. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the beer garden, some areas of the bar and within the accomodation areas.
